Can anyone live in a Senior Living development?
- No! There are strict regulations that outline who can and can’t live in a Sepp SL property. The property is for use by persons who are 55 or over (and their guests) and also for persons who have a disability that would benefit from the design.
Is the apartment Air Conditioned?
- Yes, all the units have ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. The units are also designed to maximise the use of natural energy so that the use of AC is minimised. All the units are insulated and the units with a sunroom have an added barrier which they can open or close from the main living space.
What is the estimated completion date?
- March 2012. We will keep in regular contact with purchasers and offer regular updates as the development progresses.
Is my deposit refundable?
- Yes, your deposit is refundable up until you exchange contracts.
How low maintenance is the development?
- The development is designed to be care free from the resident’s point of view. The landscaping is self irrigated and we have a regular gardener who will be there to tend to the plants and a maintenance man for your general needs such as replacing light bulbs, moving bins (if required) and keeping the place in order.
What is health care like in the area?
- Marlow Treetops is well positioned with a number of local doctors within a short walk of the development. There is also Ryde Hospital only 2 streets away if there is a need for outpatient care or more immediate help. Marlow Treetops is also offering the Doctors Safety Line on a user pays system. Can I make changes to the internal design of my unit?
- Yes, you can make changes to internal finishes but these will incur additional costs. Any additions will need to be paid in full prior to settlement and are non-refundable.
  
  We have provided a very high quality standard list of inclusions and have put on offer upgrades that have been selected by our interior designer if you so wish.
